Kennet School hosts annual open days/evenings for prospective parents and pupils to get a feel for the school and explore our fantastic facilities, including specific Sixth Form events.

Current Year 5 Parents/Pupils

We warmly invite Year 5 parents/carers to experience Kennet School first-hand through our morning tours and open morning event. These opportunities provide an exciting glimpse into the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere of our school, allowing families to explore our facilities, meet our dedicated staff (including our Headteacher), and discover the wealth of opportunities available to our pupils. From engaging lessons to enriching co-curricular activities, we're excited to showcase all that Kennet has to offer as you and your child prepare to choose the secondary school in Year 6.

Current Year 6 Parents/Pupils

Our Open Evening in September gives prospective parents and their children a taster of the full Kennet experience and the chance to explore our facilities with a guided tour. The next open evening will be on 25 September 2025. Booking will open in July.

Current Year 11 Parents/Students

We welcome Year 11 pupils and their parents/carers to sample a taste of Sixth Form life at Kennet. This is a prime opportunity to understand the variety of courses and excellent facilities Kennet has to offer you for the next step in your educational journey. Our full Sixth Form Open Evening usually takes place in November each year. Our 2025 date will be announced in September.
