Supportive Community
At Kennet School Sixth Form, we believe that a supportive and inclusive community is the cornerstone of academic and personal success. Our commitment to fostering a welcoming and diverse environment ensures every student feels valued and respected. Our text-rich curriculum, developed by subject specialists, is designed to give students the best possible life chances. This, combined with our shared approach to teaching and learning habits, allows students to retain core knowledge, apply their understanding effectively, and continuously improve.

- Ambition: We run a tailored programme - Kennet Scholars - for high-achieving and ambitious students, providing specialist academic enrichment, mentoring and guidance, as well as opportunities to get involved in school leadership, such as Head Student, House Captains and the Extended Leadership team.
- Leadership: Our Sixth Formers serve as role models for their young peers, whether that is through their work on the Student Leadership Team, as Prefects, House Captains or through the various mentoring opportunities available. The Sixth Form Leadership Team is made up of Head Students, Deputy Head Students and Sixth Form Leaders.
- Learning Resources: Access a wealth of resources, including our well-stocked library, online databases, and state-of-the-art study spaces.

Every student's education is equally important, and we recognise that the support required may take different forms, from exam access arrangements to in-class support.
